It's super easy ! All you need to do is send an email to info@ivon.se and we will give you further instructions from there. Please note that you can only return unused products. The return shipping is 199 SEK.

Our usual delivery time is between 2-5 working days. NOTE! Orders placed during major holidays often require a few extra days as Postnord/DHL is under high pressure during these periods.

You can pay easily and 100% securely in our store with a debit card, Klarna, Svea or Swish. If you choose an invoice, this will only be sent when the order leaves our warehouse through our partners Klarna or Svea (we do not issue manual invoices).

If the order has been shipped, this is not possible. However, if we receive information shortly after your order has been placed, we will resolve it without any problems!

We always provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Installation damage is not covered.

Each item is listed with a price including 25% VAT and in Swedish kronor. Payment is made via our website's payment options, and you as a customer accept our terms of purchase when you make the payment. If the item is to be shipped, a shipping cost will be added and reported separately.

Prices may vary and are subject to adjustment. For the buyer, a 30-day price guarantee applies to ourselves, i.e. if the purchased product receives a price reduction within 30 days of the buyer pointing this out, the difference will be refunded. It is up to the buyer to point this out in writing via e-mail. We reserve the right to price changes in the form of currency changes, price increases from suppliers or similar after your order. If such a situation occurs, you will be notified by us of the new price. You then have the right to cancel the order.

IVON AB has ownership and the right to take back all goods until full payment has been made by the customer via one of our various payment options.

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially made good – or a good that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

You do not have the right to withdraw if;

The product has been used during the withdrawal period, or it is otherwise damaged or broken and you have not reported this to IVON AB.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the goods in the same good condition as when you received them. You may not use them, but of course carefully examine them. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right to withdraw. IVON AB always makes the assessment whether the goods have been handled carelessly.

Repayment obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the goods back (199 SEK including VAT). We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.

IVON AB provides a functional warranty that is valid for two (2) years on all products if the product has been handled carefully and with caution. Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, violent use and moisture & water damage is not compensated. A two (2) year warranty applies to all products in the event of normal wear and tear. What is included in "normal wear and tear" is assessed on a case-by-case basis by the store (IVON AB) and the buyer does not have the right to appeal the decision. Any deficiencies and errors found upon delivery must be reported no later than 30 days after the date of purchase.

If any problems arise after the warranty period has expired, IVON AB will do its utmost to help as much as possible.

When you place your order with IVON AB, you provide your personal and contact information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In such cases, please contact us in writing via email.

This online store uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies are available as session cookies and as cookies that are stored permanently on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser is assigned a session cookie that is unique and is used to avoid confusing you as a user with other users. In order to use the online store, you should allow cookies in your browser. This type of cookie is only used to give you as a visitor a better experience and support and does not store any personal information about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this online store, cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings and which pages you have visited in order to be able to give you a better customer experience and support.

Delivery terms:
Estimated delivery time is stated in your order confirmation email you receive when your order is approved. Please note that shipping & logistics are handled by a third party (Postnord/DHL) and that IVON AB cannot influence any delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping companies.

If you as a customer do not collect your package from the post office and it is returned to us, we will charge a fee of 199 SEK including VAT. This fee corresponds to our actual costs for return shipping, handling and administration in connection with the uncollected package.

Please note that an uncollected package does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first collect the package and then return it to us in accordance with our return policy.

Return conditions:
You have 30 days from the date you received the order to return goods to us for a full refund (return shipping fee will apply). The right of return only applies to unbroken packaging and used products. If the product is no longer in new condition, you will not be entitled to a return. Returns are at your own expense (199 SEK including VAT) unless the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must pack the product with the same packaging as it was packed in when delivered to you. Include your receipt in the package and a completely completed return form.

The following applies to customers who trade as a company and choose payment via invoice ("company invoice").

Credit check : When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Payment terms: The due date and other terms for a company invoice are stated on the invoice. When paying by invoice, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date stated on the invoice). In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged and late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments in connection with the invoice shall be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the receivables that we have transferred to Svea Bank. We reserve the right for any printing and typing errors.

The transport company bears the risk if the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. If any transport damage has occurred, it must be reported directly to the transport company at the time of delivery and not to IVON AB.

You as a customer have the legal right to complain about your product if it is faulty according to the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932). Complaints about products must be made within a reasonable time from the time you discovered or should have discovered the fault, but no later than within 60 days. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were on the product when you as a customer received the product in your hands. Defects that have arisen due to damage that you have caused are not considered original defects, i.e. defects that have arisen due to the customer's assembly of the product that has not been carried out in accordance with the assembly instructions.

All complaints are processed manually by us and if a product is faulty, we will do our utmost to find a solution together with you regarding your complaint application. You as a customer have the primary right to have the fault rectified. In some cases, you have the right to cancel the contract and get back what you paid. This assessment is made by IVON AB and you as a customer do not have the right to appeal the decision. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. Complain about a faulty product by contacting us, and we will get back to you with instructions. Save your receipt as it is required in the event of a complaint.

IVON AB complies with the Consumer Sales Act and will apply the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints in the event of a dispute.

These terms and conditions of purchase apply in cases where Swedish law or other applicable law does not prescribe terms and conditions that conflict with them.

For private individuals, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, and for companies, the Sales Act applies. The Sales Act, unlike the Consumer Sales Act, is dispositive. This means that companies can agree on other things than what the law stipulates.

IVON AB is not liable for damage or consequential damage to either person or property caused by the delivered product, if it is assembled/used/connected incorrectly. Due to both safety and insurance reasons, IVON AB always urges that you as a private individual or company hire a certified professional when assembling our products.


IMPORTANT! Regarding electrical products
As always when it comes to electrical products, we would like to urge great respect and caution when assembling/connecting. It is better to be safe than sorry and contact a certified professional if you have the slightest uncertainty or doubt. The consequences of making the wrong decisions cost significantly more than it costs to hire a professional/electrician. We at IVON AB urge you as a buyer to use your common sense and not be so-called "dumb-nosed" when it comes to safety for both people and property.

IVON AB is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations in this agreement if the failure is based on extenuating circumstances as set out below and the circumstance makes performance difficult, prevents or delays. Such extenuating circumstances shall be considered to include, among others, an action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, a conflict in the labor market, a blockade, a strike, a fire or flood, sabotage or a major accident.
