Why should I buy IVON Hexagon LED when regular fluorescent tubes are cheaper?

ANSWER: Why buy a Ferrari when a Fiat is cheaper? Joking aside! :-) It's all about what your needs are and what you want to achieve in terms of results. Unlike ordinary fluorescent tubes, our product gives a more modern impression, it takes up less space vertically in the ceiling and it provides a much more uniform light pattern with higher efficiency per square meter. Last but not least, it also looks really cool and the feeling is something completely different from ordinary fluorescent tubes.


How do I connect the product?

ANSWER: Begin by assembling the entire product according to the accompanying instructions. Run the included cables to a suitable power source but DO NOT plug in. Call a qualified electrician who will take over from here and do the final steps, i.e. connecting and plugging in.




Can I fit a normal plug on the supplied power cables?

ANSWER: Absolutely, but not if you are the least bit unsure. Then you should always hire a certified electrician. But if you are aware of the situation, you can go to the nearest electrical wholesaler and buy any adapter (ordinary wall socket, lamp socket of an older model or lamp socket of a new DCL model). If you want to make a fixed assembly with ignition and switch-off via a wall button, a qualified electrician must be hired.


How many ordinary fluorescent tubes correspond to your Hexagon LED lighting?

ANSWER: Our lighting, which is adapted for a 1-car garage and corresponds to approx. 4 fluorescent lamps in brightness. However, the light flow is smoother and more diffused with our product, which most people appreciate in garage environments.


How do I make a return?

ANSWER: It's super easy! The only thing you need to do is send an email to [email protected] and we will give you further instructions from there.


Do I always have to pay for shipping?

ANSWER: No, it is also possible to pick up your order completely free of charge directly at our warehouse in Sundsvall.




How can I pay in the store?

ANSWER: You can pay easily and 100% securely in our store by card, Klarna invoice or Swish. If you choose an invoice, this will only be sent out when the order leaves our warehouse.




How long is the delivery time?

ANSWER: Our usual delivery time is between 2-5 working days. ATTENTION! Orders that have been placed in connection with major holidays often require a few extra days as Postnord/DHL has high pressure during these periods.




Can I add/remove products from my order?

ANSWER: If the order has been sent, it is not possible. On the other hand, if we receive information shortly after your order has been placed, we will solve it without a problem!




Where are you shipping from?

ANSWER: Our warehouse is located in a mid-sized town, in the middle of Sweden, called Sundsvall. To serve you in the best possible way locally we are working with the big freight forwarding companies such as Bring & DHL.




How long is the warranty on your products?

ANSWER: We always provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Assembly damage is not compensated.




I want to install your lighting in a washing hall, can I do it?

ANSWER: No, our lighting is not waterproof and is only intended for dry indoor environments. Lighter splashes of water or temporary moisture are no problem, but not daily and for long periods of time, the product can handle this. A water damaged product is not covered by the warranty.




A connector broke when I assembled the product. How do I?

ANSWER: For a perfect result, we recommend that you order a new connector directly from our website. But usually it is no problem to fix a broken connection with a little glue, tape or a cable tie.
