PRICES AND PAYMENT:

Each item is listed with a price including 25% VAT and in Swedish kronor. Payment is made via our website's payment options, and you as a customer agree to our terms of purchase when you complete the payment. If the item is to be sent, a shipping cost will be added which is reported separately.

Prices may vary and are subject to adjustment. For the buyer, a 30-day price guarantee applies to ourselves, i.e. if the purchased product receives a price reduction within 30 days of the buyer pointing this out, the difference is refunded. It is up to the buyer to point this out in writing via e-mail. We reserve the right for price changes in the form of currency changes, price increases from suppliers or the like after your order. If such a situation occurs, you will be notified by us of the new price. You then have the right to cancel the order.

IVON AB has ownership and right of repossession for all goods until full payment has been made from the customer via one of our various payment options.

MOUNTING:

All our products are delivered unassembled as building kits. To make it easy for you as a customer, we have created clear assembly videos that you can find on our Youtube, and that we include assembly instructions in each package. Should you still feel unsure and need help, it is of course fine to contact us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information.

You do not have the right to cancel;

The product has been used during the withdrawal period, or it is damaged or broken in some other way and you have not reported it to IVON AB.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. It is always IVON AB that makes the assessment as to whether the product has been handled carelessly.

WARRANTIES AND SERVICE:

IVON AB provides a functional guarantee that is valid for two (2) years on all products if the product has been handled with care and caution. Damage as a result of incorrect installation, violent use and moisture and water damage are not compensated. A two (2) year warranty applies to all products under normal wear and tear. What is included in "normal wear and tear" is assessed on a case-by-case basis by the store (IVON AB) and the buyer has no right to appeal the decision. Any deficiencies and errors found upon delivery must be reported no later than 30 days after the purchase date.

If any problems arise after the warranty period has expired, IVON AB will do its utmost to help as much as possible.

PRIVATE POLICY:

When you place your order with IVON AB, you provide your personal and contact details. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us in writing via e-mail.

COOKIES:

This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser is assigned a session cookie that is unique and is used to not confuse you as a user with other users. To be able to use the online store, you should allow cookies in your browser. This type of cookie is used solely to give you as a visitor a better experience and support and does not store any personal information about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this online store, cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings and which pages you have visited in order to provide you with a better customer experience and support.

DELIVERIES:

Estimated delivery time is stated in your order confirmation email you receive when your order is approved. Please note that shipping & logistics are handled by a third party (Postnord/DHL) and that IVON AB cannot influence any delays when the package has been handed over to the shipping companies.

If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated in the email. Unclaimed packages will be charged a return shipping fee of 39 EUR including VAT. If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain in the post office for two (2) weeks. Unclaimed goods are then returned to us.
